Patagonian weather is notorious for being unpredictable. Late March is the start of autumn in the Southern Hemisphere with average highs around 15-17 C (60-62 °F) & the average lows around 2 °C (36 °F).
Gentle days and cold nights. Very low possibility of rain and snow.
The terrain is magnificent, and the sights include glaciers, lakes, grasslands and everything in between.
This trip will be moderately difficult & at times challenging due to mileage & terrain
Located at the foothills of the Andes, you will begin at sea level and the highest elevation reached is 1,200 meters (3,937 feet) above sea level.
We recommend coming prepared with layers for the variations of day and night temperature.
A wind jacket is always a must in Patagonia, as are trekking poles, soft hiking shoes and UV-filtered glasses.
No camping gear is needed, as it will be provided.
